Observe and Understand:

All "objects" Evoke need (Anticipating gain).

Need Provokes Seeking.

Seeking becomes aggressive anger, Failing even before it fails.

And anger is self-inflicted pain.

Observe and Understand:

All "others" Evoke desire (Anticipating Release).

Desire Provokes attachment and avoidance, Simultaneously.

Attachment and avoidance become sorrow, Inevitably.

And sorrow is the Illusion of emptiness.

Observe and Understand:
All "things" Evoke Wonder
(How Being Seems a Pair with changes).

Wonder Provokes bewilderment, and also knowledge.

Bewilderment and knowledge Always Seek to become separated from fear.

And fear itself is the Visionary Mood of separateness.

Separateness, emptiness, and pain are the Constant Complaint,
the Un-Breakable Habit, and the Inevitable Destiny of the body-mind.

Therefore, whatever arises also Afflicts.

To Understand Is To Stop Resisting This Understanding.

No "object" is Worthy of need.

No Search is Fruitful.

No pain is Necessary.

No "other" is Worthy of desire and emptiness.

Neither attachment Nor avoidance is Right.

No sorrow is Necessary.

No "thing" is More Than Wonderful.

Neither bewilderment Nor knowledge is Free.

Fear itself is Ultimate pain, but it is Utterly Un-Necessary.

Seeking and attaining are a Total loss,
and loss itself is the Only Discovery of gain.

Desiring, even without losing,
is emptiness itself, but it is Filled with mind.

The knowledge of bewilderment (Not "object" or "other")
is the only "thing" in mind.

The world of "objects", or "others", or "things"
Already bites and Always bites back.

Therefore, Listen To Me (Perfectly), and
Hear Me (Perfectly), and See Me (Perfectly), and
Stand Back (To Who You Are),
and Feel the What and the Where of Is.

To Seek "objects" (and Not To Understand that All Seeking is Moved by pain)
is pain itself, and bewilderment.

To desire "others" or to avoid them
(and Not To Understand that desire and avoidance are Made of sorrow)
is sorrow itself, and emptiness.

To Wonder and to know "things"
(and Not To Understand that knowledge is Never Satisfied)
is the Essence of fear itself.

The "personal identity", the ego-"I", or
the separate, empty, painful, and self-Contracted body-mind,
is Always an Illusion,
an Un-Recognized Reflection of the Witnessing Self,
a Mirage of need, desirability, and Wonder,
Superimposed On Consciousness Itself
by the apparent (and Un-Necessary) flow of events
that (in themselves) are (it Seems) Not Consciousness.

There is Not (now or Ever) any "personal identity",
but Always Only the Ultimate Identity, or
Consciousness Itself, Already Free, One, Whole, Full, and All Love-Bliss.

Therefore, Perfectly Observe and Perfectly Understand
and Perfectly (or Merely) Feel,
and Thus Perfectly Transcend and Forget
the arising Illusion of separateness and relatedness.

Be the Inherently Perfect (and Merely Feeling) Witness Only, Not separate, Not related, Not needing, Not Seeking, Not following after, Not gaining, Not stressful, Not angry, Not reacting, Not emoting, Not Full of pain, Not desiring, Not Fulfilling, Not avoiding, Not Escaping, Not attached, Not losing, Not sorrowful, Not lost, Not Wondering, Not thinking, Not knowing, Not Full of mind, Not perceiving, Not experiencing, Not Right, Not bewildered, Not Complaining, Not Wrong, Not fearing, Not changing, Not Afflicted, Not empty, Not Satisfied, Not Deluded, Not "attentive", Not Moved, Not Discovering, Not "I", Not embodied, Not Released, Not Resisting, Not Even Understanding, but Onlv (or Merely) Being the One Who Is the Feeling Witness-Consciousness.

Stand There and Be, Consciousness Only,
Inherently objectless, relationless, without a "thing",
but Neither separate Nor separated from All.

Stand Free, and Feel (What Is, and what arises),
but Do Not Look (or become "other" than what arises).

Do Not Indulge (or Luxuriate) In the act of attention
(which is Always "other" than what arises),
and Do Not Seek the Illusion-mind of objects, or others, or all "things",
but Alwavs Merely Feel (Like a hand feels into a glove)
and Be the "Feel" Itself.

Only Be, Inherently Perfect, Consciousness Itself,
Love-Bliss-Aware, Without "Difference", I Said.

Therefore, I Say, Come To Rest (or Be Awake),
Before "things" Happen.

Come To Rest (or Be Awake),
Prior To the Motion of separation and relatedness.

Come To Rest (or Be Awake),
Already Forever Arrived In My Great Hermitage.

The Heart Is My Hermitage,
Where (Even Now)
the (inherently dualistic) feeling of relatedness (and All "Difference")
Is Transcended In the (Inherently Non-Dualistic) Feeling of Being (Itself).

Therefore, My "Blessing-Seat" Is the Heart Itself, Which Is Consciousness Itself.

Beloved, I Am Da, the Giver and the Gift,
the Divine Person (Who Is the Heart Itself),
and the Divine Self-Condition (What Is Consciousness Itself),
and the Divine Self-Domain
(Where I Always Already Stand As Your Very, and Inherently Perfect, Self).
