Within a few sentences my mouth feels like it falls open, my eyes bulge, them there is a lot of swooning that goes on page after page. Polarity Screens have been used for many years by the community of devotees of the Ruchira Avatar Adi Da, Who introduced the screens to us in the early 1970s. The value of this book is that it introduces the reader both to Polarity Screens and how they are used, and to the incomparable Enlightened Wisdom of Adi Da and the Great Help He Offers to all.

I work: with computer equipment all day long and am very sensitive to how it jangles and drains my energy. I use my Polarity Screens twice a day, and I can literally feel the circuit of energy in my body change when I lie on the screens. The 'buzzy' energy reverses its direction, and I feel calm and balanced. Polarity Screens work!

But He also tells us that beyond this limited, suffering self there is the Divine Self—the Being of Joy and Freedom, the Infinite Consciousness that is the Very Source and Substance of Life. And He tells us—each and every one of us— that this Reality, this Identity, this Happinesss that He calls the "Heart", is true of us now, and It can be Realized.
The Person of Whom I speak is Adi Da—the Speaker of the central Discourse of this booklet. He has Realized the Divine Self, and He Offers a way for everyone to Realize that same Happiness.
